COVID-19 Information

How is COVID-19 affecting the Iowa Division of Labor?

Effective March 23, 2020, the Iowa Division of Labor office located at 150 Des Moines Street, Des Moines, is still open for business.  A dropbox and intercom are set up in the lobby foyer to drop off paperwork or payments, a staff member will follow up with a phone call or email.

If you are paying in cash, please bring exact change.

We take pride in providing excellent service and are continuing to do so as best we can during this time. We are anticipating delays in mail service and paper transactions.

The best and most efficient way to complete transactions is online or by email if possible.
